What address should I use when ordering?
A:
Upon signup you will receive an email with your personalized address where you can ship your orders to. Log onto our site and go to myprofile to view your shipping address.

How often do you ship?
A:
Our shipment leaves the USA on a Thursday, the cutoff for the week is Wednesday morning. Check your shipment status on the mypackages page for more info.

Do you offer delivery?
A:
Yes we do! Delivery is free in the Kingston Corporate Area. Delivery outside the corporate area has a fee, contact us for more details.
Q:
How long will it take to get my package?
A:
Cutoff for the week is Wednesday morning and will be ready in Jamaica by Friday. Sign in on our site to check your shipment status or feel free to contact us.

Can you place orders for me If i don't have a Visa or Credit Card?
A:
Yes we do! Send us a message or give us a call and we would work out the total to purchase with you. Once you are okay with the item and total we will go ahead with the order.

How will I know you recieved my order?
A:
Upon receipt of your order we will update your package status on our website. Feel free to contact us for any further queries.

When will I see how much I need to pay?
A:
There will be an initial amount due displayed beside your order. This can be subject to change because of customs duties. The final amount will be updated prior to delivery.

What is customs/customs duty?
A:
On April 1st, 2024 the new duty free threshold is $100 USD - meaning that there are no charges to import goods valued $100 USD and under. The Jamaica Customs Agency is the legal government body in Jamaica responsible for the flow of goods in and out of the country and the security of the country's borders. Goods valued over $100 USD can be subject to a customs duty fee by the Jamaica Customs Agency.
